Two-time Super Bowl champion cornerback Logan Ryan has a new home, as the former New England Patriots cornerback has signed with the Tennessee Titans for three years and $30 million, according to Ian Rapoport.

Ryan, viewed as one of the better cornerbacks on the free agent market, is a versatile player capable of playing either inside or outside on defense. While he mainly played the slot in 2016, the 26-year-old spent the majority of his New England tenure on the boundary, oftentimes covering opponents’ top receivers.

Ryan led all NFL corners with 92 tackles in 2016, adding a sack, two interceptions, 11 passes defensed, and a forced fumble. The up-and-coming corner has totaled 13 interceptions, 41 pass defenses, and three forced fumbles over a four-year NFL career. He’s also made an impact in the playoffs, picking off a pass along with 52 tackles, six pass defenses, a forced fumble, and a sack in 10 postseason games.

The former Patriots corner started all three of New England’s 2016 playoff matchups, making a solid contribution in the team’s Super Bowl run.

He’ll be trying to help the Titans get into the playoff picture after they showed some promise in 2016. He’s an experienced player and has obviously been there before as a two-time Super Bowl champion.
