South Carolina had a chance for both its men’s and women’s teams to win the championship, which would have made it only the second team in history to do so. But the men’s team lost to Gonzaga, 77-73, in the Final Four Saturday.
Mississippi State, however, is still riding the high of snapping the Huskies’ historic streak with an incredible buzzer-beater from Morgan William.
