We’re getting closer to football.

Along with their opener, another notable game on the Patriots schedule comes in Week 2 against the Saints. Brandin Cooks will be facing his old team in no time at all, after being traded from the Saints to the Patriots in March.
The Atlanta Falcons will be opening up Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Week 2 against the Green Bay Packers. The Falcons and the Packers also happened to face off in the final game of the Georgia Dome, when the Falcons took home the NFC title. Now, they’ll open up another stadium.
Oh yeah, and the Patriots and Falcons will have their Super Bowl LI rematch in Week 7 on Oct. 22.
The NFL will have four games in London this season, the first in Week 3 between the Ravens and the Jaguars. The second comes the following week, between the Saints and Dolphins. In Week 7, the Rams and Cardinals will face off at Twickenham Stadium. The Vikings and Browns will wrap up the London games at Wembley Stadium in Week 8.
The Raiders will play in Mexico City again, this time taking on the Patriots in Week 11, a Sunday afternoon game.
