What does UNLV’s complicated new logo look like to you?
There’s a lot going on here.
That’s the UNLV Rebels’ new logo.
At first glance, it’s a mustachioed cowboy with a magical earring or a pirate wearing the wrong genre of hat or a sandal stepping on a piece of red chewing gum that turned out to be a gem of power or a spaceship blocking out a red sun and descending onto a planet with two blighted continents.
But look deeper, and you’ll see it includes so many visual references to Las Vegas stuff, it looks like even more.
