Brian Windhorst literally slid out of ESPN’s broadcast

WEEEEEEEEE!

Free agency can make people frantic. As soon as news hits that a star player gets traded, people start scrambling to their phones to get all their information. Sometimes that phone isn’t within reach and then you’re racing towards somewhere.

But then there’s whatever Brian Windhorst was doing on Friday night. As soon as the Paul George trade that sent him to the Thunder was announced, ESPN was ready with a 3-panel screen. They had Ramona Shelburne, Doug Kezirian, and a sliding Brian Windhorst.

Something was up with Windhorst’s green screen because he kept sliding in and out of the picture as if he was some sort of talking head conveyor belt. Sure, you can blame it on technical difficulties but we all know this is just how everyone feels during the NBA offseason when news breaks.

Brian Windhorst is all of us.
