The Los Angeles Lakers didn’t play on Sunday night, so there was no frenzy over Lonzo Ball and whether he’d follow his Saturday night triple double with another. But the league’s eight-game slate of NBA Summer League games gave fans enough to hold them over before the work week kicks into full gear on Monday.

Milwaukee took an 88-83 win over Brooklyn behind 31 points from Rashad Vaughn, who could do no wrong on 13-of-18 shooting. Rookie Dennis Smith Jr. put up 25 points in yet another impressive showing against the Phoenix Suns. Spurs point guard Bryn Forbes scored a Summer League-high 35 points in a win over the 76ers, and Quinn Cook dropped 25 points in the Pelicans’ losing effort to the Hawks.

As for the rookies, No. 3 picks Jayson Tatum was averaging 20 points and 10 rebounds in the Summer League until he put up just 11 points on 4-of-11 shooting against Portland. De’Aaron Fox was impressive for the Kings with 17 points, five rebounds, four assists and three steals, and while Donovan Mitchell sat out, Tony Bradley finished with 16 points and nine rebounds for the Jazz.

But enough about the numbers. Sometimes, basketball is about the moments that sends the crowd into mass hysteria. Here are the top highlights from Sunday night:

Jaylen Brown legitimately posterized two players in one dunk

John Collins had zero respect for the rim

Bryn Forbes scored 35 points, the most in the Summer League this year
