Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather are a day away from fighting, and the only thing standing in the way right now is a date with the scales. The official weigh-ins to certify that both competitors are at the 154-pound weight limit — the standard boxing weight for super welterweights — will get underway at 6 p.m. ET on Friday.
Mayweather vs. McGregor: Live updates from the weigh-in
Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather will hit the scales on Saturday and we have all the coverage you need.

Mayweather has held titles at five different weight classes and will have no problem making weight. McGregor has fought and won a championship at featherweight in the UFC, so he’s made 145 pounds plenty of times. There should be no surprises when it comes to each fighter actually making the appropriate weight.
But given the astronomically high levels of trash talk, hype and other build-up, this should be entertaining at the very least. There’s been a shoving match, several press conferences and so much more leading up to these weigh-ins and the match on Saturday.
We’ll have live updates if anything interesting happens, and below you can find the official live stream of the weigh-in on Saturday.
6:08 p.m: Of course Paul George and Draymond Green are there. Why not?
6:13 p.m.: Pretty good headphones for McGregor, yeah?
6:17 p.m.: McGregor officially weighs in at 153 pounds, one under the limit.
6:18 p.m.: Mayweather officially weighs in at 149 1⁄2 pounds, well under the limit.
6:22 p.m.: McGregor’s post-weigh-in interview was basically a whole lot of words about how “blown-out” and out of shape he thought Mayweather looked. He, as usual, had plenty to say.
6:24: Mayweather said that he’s been here before, and that McGregor can talk all he wants. He promised the fight wouldn’t make it to the judges, and thanked the fans, despite the fact that most of them seemed to be against him. And that’s a wrap for the weigh-ins, folks!
