Randy Moss is being inducted into the Vikings’ Ring of Honor at halftime of their Monday Night Football game against the New Orleans Saints. That inspired Stefon Diggs to break out some special cleats.
Stefon Diggs has Randy Moss mooning the Packers fans on his ‘Monday Night Football’ cleats
The best possible tribute.

Diggs’ cleats will feature Moss, pretending to moon the Green Bay crowd from that iconic NFC Wild Card Game back in 2005.
“Just paying tribute, paying respect, he’s coming back, so I wanted to give my respect to him,” Diggs said. “Hopefully I get to see him.”
For the youngins, the cleats are a tribute to when Randy Moss pretended to moon the Lambeau Field crowd as his touchdown was the finishing touch on a 31-17 Wild Card game win for the Vikings in 2005.
Joe Buck overreacted at the time, and said it was a “disgusting act” when Moss was just keeping it real.
The celebration led to a $10,000 fine that was well worth it, and Buck and Moss are cool nowadays.
Diggs’ teammate on the other side of the line, Adam Thielen, will also have customized cleats as a tribute to Moss.
“It was kind of something that I really wanted to just because he was that guy for me that pushed me to play this game and try to play at the highest level because of what he did on the field,” Thielen said. “I definitely wanted to honor him and show that I have a lot of respect for him and his game.”
Even Moss had his own customs for the event:
Moss is one of the best receivers in NFL history, and one of the most iconic players to play the game of football. It’s nice to see young talents like Diggs and Thielen paying tribute to Moss on a night where he’s being honored.
