Tony Romo said the Packers would run a bootleg on 4th and 1. That’s exactly what they did.

Romo’s a wizard.

Tony Romo’s predictions in the broadcast booth have been nothing short of impressive. Since Week 1, Romo’s given us predictions on plays, explanations of plays, and even put us in the mind of Bill Belichick.

During Thursday night’s game between the Bears and Packers, Romo predicted a bootleg play on a Packers fourth-and-1. Of course, that’s what it was.

“I think he bootlegs here,” Romo said. “I’m going with a bootleg. McCarthy’s one of those bootleg guys, isn’t he?”

He also called Randall Cobb going to the left during the play, which he did. He provided a block that Rodgers needed in order to complete the play.

It really doesn’t matter who is playing. If Romo’s calling it, it’s worth tuning in for.
