Here’s the best sequence you’ll see in an NBA game all night.
Dwight Howard blows kiss, does ‘big balls’ dance after making 2 technical free throws
Howard was selected off the bench by the Wizards to shoot the free throws, but he had the last laugh.

Michael Carter-Williams should have been shooting two free throws for Charlotte, but he had been ejected, along with Washington’s Tim Frazier. (More on the strange ejection trend from the NBA here.) That allowed Wizards head coach Scott Brooks to pick any Hornets player, including someone off the bench, which he did. Brooks picked Dwight Howard, a notoriously bad shooter from the stripe, although you could argue it was poor form to select a veteran who probably wasn’t subbing back into the game (It was a 22-point affair with four minutes left).
Howard seemed bemused more than annoyed, and he knocked down both free throws, blowing a kiss at Washington’s bench. The home Charlotte crowd goes nuts about it, and in the next huddle, Howard does the infamous Latrell Sprewell “big balls” dance.
Howard couldn’t even believe it all on Twitter later.
That was a quote tweet of this:
That’s so Dwight Howard, and truly beautiful. What would we do without the NBA?
