James Harden put the Warriors away with two clutch plays on both ends

MVP! MVP! MVP!

The Rockets put Harden back into the game to finish the job and he brought them home with an insane stepback three over Stephen Curry.

Money in the bank.

Harden wasn’t done, though. The Warriors were still within striking distance down just six points and the Rockets needed a stop. Their MVP came up big for them in the clutch, again, with a timely block on a Curry three-point attempt.

Harden came up big for the Rockets against a team they’ve struggled with for years. Sure, it’s only January, but this was a big win and a big moment in the Rockets’ season that seemed to be stagnating over the last few weeks.

This is Harden’s MVP moment

At the end of the season when we look back on the best moments from the best players around the league, we’ll remember this moment from Harden.

He broke his minutes restriction to win the game for his team. He made two key plays late to put the best team in the league away. This will be the best moment of his season.

If Harden’s MVP candidacy slowed down at all because of his injury, this will certainly speed it back up. He’s back and he looks as good as he ever has.

Watch out, NBA. The Rockets are real.
