The Jacksonville Jaguars have been one of the most fearless teams in the NFL this season. A lot of that comes with trash talk, which they started early against the Patriots.
Leonard Fournette bullied the Patriots, in the huddle and on the field
He’s not backing down from anybody.

Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette helped get it started on the Jaguars’ third drive of the game with his team up 7-3:
After that incident, Fournette had an incredibly bruising drive.
It ended with this touchdown where he went into a pile and came out of it with quickness that almost didn’t seem real:
The score also put him in some nice company:
Up to that point in the game, Fournette had nine carries for 38 yards and a touchdown. He’s playing on a nagging right ankle injury, but so far during the game, he’s looked great.
It’s also helped open up the play action for Blake Bortles, who has pieced together a good start in the first half for Jacksonville.
In the second half, Fournette continued to bully the Patriots:
Fournette finished the game with 76 yards on 24 carries with one touchdown. The Patriots came out on top 24-20, and he was emotional afterward:
If he improves off of his rookie season, Fournette has nothing to worry about. He’ll be back.
