He played well, too!

Isaiah Thomas returned to his old Celtics form in his debut with the Lakers on Saturday night — well, at least for a half. Off the bench, he scored 16 points on 6-of-8 shooting in the opening 24 minutes, firing off set shots and off-the-dribble threes. The Lakers lost, 130-123, but Thomas was a bright spot. He finished with 22 points on 12 shots and six assists.

So is IT fixed?

Well... Thomas was brilliant in his first game back with the Cavs, too, and we all know how that panned out. But it’s a start for L.A., which still doesn’t have Lonzo Ball back.

The Warriors stomped on the injured Spurs

San Antonio was without Dejounte Murray, Tony Parker and Kawhi Leonard, and it showed in a 122-107 loss to the Warriors.

Klay Thompson had 25 points on 10-of-14 shooting, Steph Curry had 17 points and eight assists, and Kevin Durant had 10 points, six rebounds and six assists.

The Spurs were within range in the first half, but the lack of star power made it tough to stay that way.

Klay Thompson had one of the best dunks of his career

Maxi Kleber (who?) definitely dunked on Julius Randle

New Team, Who’s This?

A few players took the court for the first time in their new jerseys after being dealt at the Feb. 8 NBA Trade Deadline. Here’s how they fared:
