Figure skating won’t be front and center in NBC’s primetime coverage of the 2018 Winter Olympics from PyeongChang on Saturday. That’s because the men’s free skate wrapped up on Friday, while Saturday’s prmetime will primarily be made up of two things: The men’s giant slalom finals and tape-delayed medal events from earlier in the day.

Aside from the giant slalom, the NBC primetime lineup for Saturday is mostly events from the morning that you probably missed.

The primetime coverage begins at 8 p.m. ET and will run through 11 p.m. officially, but continues into the early hours of Sunday with what they’re calling “Primetime Extra.” Live streaming of all events can be watched online via NBC Olympics, while there will also be a stream of the NBC primetime block, despite the tape delay, with the same tape delay.
The giant slalom event will begin around 11:45 p.m., with the third and fourth (finals) runs. It’s unclear if previous runs will also be part of the primetime block on tape delay.
The other tape-delayed medal events in primetime include the men’s 1000-meter and women’s 1500-meter short track, the men’s individual large hill final rounds in ski jumping and the women’s skeleton.
