Tonight, Tobacco Road is alive and Chapel Hill is on fire as the No. 21 North Carolina Tar Heels host the No. 9 Duke Blue Devils in college basketball’s best rivalry. Although this year’s edition of the epic rivalry has more questions than answers, one team in the Triangle has ultimate bragging rights already. North Carolina State has already taken down Duke in Raleigh and knocked off UNC on the road, ensuring that first-year head coach Kevin Keatts will have a winning record against the blue blood duo in his inaugural season at the helm.
This NC State fan has the pettiest snapchat filter for UNC-Duke
Don’t try and forget about the Wolfpack on Tobacco Road.

There’s one NC State fan who wanted to make sure EVERYONE in the Dean Dome remembered that fact with a Snapchat filter that is petty as hell.
And I’m 100% here for it.
North Carolina superstar guard Joel Berry may have stoked the fire a bit earlier this week when he said this about the NC State-UNC rivalry (or lack thereof):
“I don’t necessarily treat that as a rivalry. When you talk about a rivalry, you always talk about Duke-North Carolina. That’s the biggest one. I love being a part of the Duke-Carolina rivalry, but NC State, I just don’t consider that being a rivalry — we just don’t like them. But it’s not a rivalry like Duke and North Carolina.”
NC State and North Carolina play for the second time this season on Saturday, this time in Raleigh. Regardless of the outcome Thursday night, that is a can’t miss game.
Stay petty, NCSU. Stay petty.
