Nets vs. Pistons was supposed to be just another regular game between two teams not competing for a playoff spot. But fdsAndre Drummond and Quincy Acy made it much, much more interesting when they got into a scuffle in the third quarter.

We’re definitely going to hear from the league office after this one.
Acy and Drummond had been getting physical, and the two pressed each other. getting into each others’ faces while fighting for a loose ball. Drummond proceeded to then shove Acy, who in turn had to be restrained from going after the Pistons big man. In part of his retaliation, Acy accidentally mushed a nearby official in the face.

Acy had a similar incident in the past, being ejected for a Flagrant Foul 2 after charging at John Wall, then (possibly) throwing a punch at him on Christmas Day 2014.
Drummond had been ejected for shoving/smacking former Pelicans guard Tim Frazier in the face in March 2017.
These two collided on Sunday, and it didn’t end well. We can only wait to hear what type of punishment will come from the league office.
