Ben Simmons and James Johnson’s eternal scuffle is the epitome of Sixers-Heat
A lot happened in just a few seconds.

Johnson was seen shouting at Simmons after Simmons attempted to separate him from Covington. Both Johnson and Simmons were assessed technical fouls. The two were seen bickering throughout most of the game prior to the standoff.
Covington’s foul caused such a reaction because it came seconds after the whistle was blown. That’s what irritated Johnson.
On the other end of the court, Justise Winslow came out bleeding from the corner of his eye, and Josh Richardson got tangled up on the floor with Joel Embiid accidentally. Richardson left with a shoulder injury, and had to be taken to the locker room. Winslow was given stitches and returned to the Heat bench late in the second quarter.
There was a lot in just in a few seconds.
Heat-Sixers has seen a lot of fighting, including a Dwyane Wade and Justin Anderson scuffle in Game 2. This series has been competitive and close throughout, and nothing suggests this will be the last tussle.
