The 16 regional sites for the 2018 NCAA Baseball Tournament were announced on Sunday night as the conference tournaments wrapped up around the country during Memorial Day weekend. The 16 regional host teams, as well as those assigned to the regionals, will be part of the initial 64-team tournament field, which leads to Omaha for the College World Series.

- Conway, SC (Coastal Carolina)

- Gainesville (Florida)
- Greenville, NC (East Carolina)
- Lubbock, TX (Texas Tech)
- Minneapolis (Minnesota)
- Oxford (Ole Miss)
- Raleigh, NC (North Carolina State)
- Stanford, CA (Stanford)
- Tallahassee, FL (Florida State)
The regional format is a double-elimination tournament that starts on June 1, consisting of four teams in each region.
From there, 16 teams that win will advance to Super Regionals, which will be held from June 8-11, hosted by the top eight teams left. Super Regionals are a best-of-three format, and eight teams will then advance to Omaha.
