Soon after, the first LeBron James Lakers merchandise dropped and went into overdrive. In fact, the James Nike Swingman jerseys sold out in less than 24 hours.
Lakers fans thought they would have to wait until August 1 before getting another chance to buy any type of Nike LeBron James Lakers apparel. However, that’s not the case! Nike is aligning with the NBA Store and the Lakers Team shop to pre-sell LeBron James Lakers apparel starting July 6 at 12 p.m. ET.
What does this mean?
The Lakers are getting a new uniform design this season and you can pre-order the newly designed 2018-19 LeBron James Icon Edition Swingman jersey right now. However, we won’t know what the jerseys and apparel will look like until the new design is officially unveiled in late July.
What can I order?
Through the online pre-sale, fans can now purchase new Nike LeBron James jerseys, T-shirts and hoodies. Jerseys are selling for $109.99 while the T-shirts are $34.99, and hoodies are $74.99.
Note: These items may not be shipped until August 1 or after James signs his contract, whichever date is later.
So where can I find the new apparel?
The new LeBron James Nike apparel can be found at multiple online stores including Fanatics, the NBA Team Store, and the Lakers Team Store.
What if I don’t want to wait to see the Lakers’ new uniform design?
You don’t have to wait.
Fanatics also released a LeBron James Nike City Edition T-shirt with last season’s uniform design. The T-shirt is $34.99 and will ship within two to four weeks after James has officially signed his contract.
