5:04 p.m. ET — Last minute money has brought several online sportsbooks down from 2.5 points to two points. The point total has remained at 56, with a few at 56.5.

It’s game day and with kickoff scheduled for approximately 6:30 p.m. ET, time is running out for you to get in your wagers on the game. We will track line movement the rest of the day, but it’s safe to say we know where the point spread and point total will settle when the game kicks off.
The line opened two weeks ago with the Los Angeles Rams favored by one point. It took about an hour for the line to swing to the New England Patriots. It settled at Patriots as 2.5-point favorites for most of the past two weeks at sportsbooks tracked by OddsShark. Bovada and William Hill both offered a field goal, although William Hill came down to 2.5 over the weekend.
As kickoff approaches, you can find anywhere from the field goal at Bovada to two points at BookMaker and BetNow. The brick-and-mortar casinos in Las Vegas are all sitting at 2.5 points, although as always, you are able to tease the line up or down.
The point total opened at or above the record high of 57.5 points set leading up to Super Bowl 51. It has come down to 56.5 points at most Las Vegas sportsbooks, while most online sportsbooks came down to 56 points.
The money came in heavily on the Patriots for the 11 days following the conference championship games. Over the weekend, we started to see money come in on the Rams, but it was mostly on the moneyline. The Patriots are closing as -127 or -137 favorites at most sportsbooks (bet $127 or $137 to win $100), with Bovada going up to -140. Las Vegas online sportsbooks are setting at -135, although MGM Mirage is up at -145. The Rams are between +115 and +120 underdogs (bet $100 to win $115 or $120), although again at MGM Mirage, you can get them higher at +125.
