If there was context for this gag, I missed it, but during halftime of Knicks-Nets, TNT cut to Brent Barry playing guitar, then Shaquille O’Neal snatching said guitar and crooning a little of Rick Springfield’s “Jessie’s Girl.” And then Shaq got to smashing. He’s really good at smashing. I’ve always wanted to smash a guitar, and after watching Shaq do it, I still want to smash a guitar.
