Oregon State wants to see a log chewed by a beaver, if you’ve got one

You guys call yourselves Beavers and don't have ANY actual beaver friends to chew logs for you? What the hell is that? And how can you ensure a clever person won't just simulate beaver gnaw-marks with a chisel or something (their own teeth?) and send that in for a reward? What if a fan gets attacked trying to dismantle a beaver dam? DO YOU WANT THAT BLOOD ON YOUR HANDS, OREGON STATE?
