During an interview between quarters, Mark Jackson called the Nuggets out for throwing "cheap shots" at his players, and indeed there had been a bit of extracurricular tripping and shoving, by Kenneth Faried in particular. Andrew Bogut took care of retaliating for that all at once:

Faried may have sold it a little bit, but yeah, that is quite literally a flagrant foul. This one’s getting chippy!
