Justin Bieber has a bit of history with reckless driving-- he may, in fact, never drive with any reck at all -- and his most recent incident drew the ire of a noteworthy witness. Keyshawn Johnson was one of two callers to tip off Los Angeles police when he saw Bieber zooming perilously around his gated community in a Ferrari, according to TMZ. Johnson sorta seems like a citizen's arrest type, so this is slightly disappointing, but a call to the cops will do, too.

Update: TMZ has more on this story, and it’s sounding like Johnson may have gone further than just calling the cops. According to the new report, Johnson dropped his child off at home, then pursued Bieber in his Prius(!), eventually cornering him at his own home, only to watch Bieber flee inside and refuse to come out. Great times.
