It looks...like punting practice!
It’s...punting practice! You can tell how much skill it takes, but it amounts to a first-person view of someone staggering around a public park drop-kicking footballs in every direction (and Kluwe readily admits the video is mostly of interest to punters). Given that Kluwe was also wearing futuristic cyber glasses and speaking out loud, this must have looked pretty funny to anyone who walked by.
