Grant Reed is a 12 year-old with Ohio State alumni parents, so when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor two years ago, he nicknamed it “Michigan” and got to work beating it. This week, WCMH reports, Reed can say he’s beaten Michigan, as his cancer is in remission and he’s ready to begin life outside a hospital anew. Wonderful news.
