Big Boi did a Reddit AMA, which is why everyone in America had off work Wednesday afternoon. In said AMA, a thoughtful inquisitor asked the rapper what he’d like to accomplish outside of music. Mr. Boi’s response:
Big Boi totally would have played for the Falcons if he hadn’t hurt his leg
Sir Lucious may have suffered a career-ending injury before his career even began.

that’s a good question. Actually I want to walk on and play for the Falcons, but I hurt my leg. I just want to keep making the coldest music on the planet.
He was referring to the knee injury that sidetracked much of his summer tour. Alas, our dream of Big Boi’s second career as a quarterback-hunting linebacker nicknamed “Daddy Fat Sacks” will have to wait at least another year.
