No, really, Iman Shumpert has a clock hat. It appears to have several clocks:

Questions:

1. Are those all clocks, or is one of them, say, a barometer?

2. If they are all clocks, do they have different time zones? The hands look like they’re pointing different ways to me.

3. Can I have a clock hat?

4. Are the clock faces backward so Shump can read the time in a mirror, or are the clocks meant for others to read?

5. Does a clock hat require special attention for repair, or would a watchmaker see this and be like “okay yeah watch hat.”

6. Where do you get a clock hat?

7. If I just tape an old watch to a hat, does that count as a clock hat?

8. Will Carmelo Anthony feel threatened because he’s supposed to be the Hat Guy? (This is a silly question. Many of the Knicks are Hat Guys.)

(Update 2: Several people have told me this is a Chicago thing -- Shumpert is from Oak Park -- which seems to be true after a quick Google search and a visit to a weird forum thread.)
