John Wall breaks down, dedicates win to 6-year-old cancer victim
Miyah Telemaque-Nelson, a young fan of Wall’s, passed away Monday of Burkitt’s Lymphoma at the age of 6. Wall met Telemaque-Nelson back in March and helped her achieve her goal of meeting Nicki Minaj. Wall dedicated his brilliant performance to a friend who impacted his life as much as he impacted hers. May she rest in peace.
