Arena seating can be complicated, and sometimes what appears to be the correct path to your seat is actually obstructed. That’s what ushers are for. They assist you if you need help finding your seat and let you know if you’re headed the wrong way. Evidently, this role is worthy of pizza-targeting:
PIZZA FIGHT at Villanova
This is the worst and funniest response to being directed by an usher.

Okay so here's the full story on the fight: the guy who got kicked out THREW A PIECE OF PIZZA at an usher when they told him to go around.
— Josh Verlin (@jmverlin) February 22, 2014 He was on his way to his seat on the wrong staircase, was asked to go to a different place to go to his seat, and threw the pizza.
— Josh Verlin (@jmverlin) February 22, 2014 Then, when an usher came to talk to him about the pizza throwing, he refused, and thus the fight started between him and security.
— Josh Verlin (@jmverlin) February 22, 2014 The other gentleman yelling at the security fight was trying to get security to let the guy go, since he was there with his family.
— Josh Verlin (@jmverlin) February 22, 2014 That's EASILY the dumbest reason I've ever heard of for getting kicked out of a stadium. Two minutes in! With your WHOLE FAMILY THERE!!!
— Josh Verlin (@jmverlin) February 22, 2014 You got yourself and your family tossed from a basketball game early in the first half, and you wasted a perfectly good slice of pizza. Well, maybe not perfectly good, but at least one you paid for. That is a poorly executed Saturday afternoon.
Let us now pay homage to a great moment in pizza-throwing sports history:
