Western Carolina’s chancellor had a great time until his team lost

David O. Belcher is the chancellor of Western Carolina University. Belcher’s beloved Catamounts made a couple noble comebacks against Wofford, running off flurries of baskets in the second half to cut the Terriers’ lead down to a single possession. Belcher was feelin’ it:
