In September, cameras caught some guys in parachutes landing at the base of the 1 World Trade Center building. This week, those four guys finally got caught and arrested for “burglary, reckless endangerment and jumping from a structure,” three jumpers and one lookout among them. Monday, the jumpers posted video of the stunt.
