Brian Wilson went to Australia and he all got was these kangaroo cleats

Here is a video that sounds a whole lot like a child describing his toy collection to a patronizing adult, but is in fact Brian Wilson introducing you to his Australia-themed cleats:

The Dodgers played their first two games in Australia over the weekend, so it was only natural to get some custom hand-painted cleats (something Wilson does all the time, as you can see) featuring Australia, a koala, some kangaroos, and of course, Wilson’s knuckleball, Sir Elton. No word on whether the knuckleball breaks in a different direction down under. That’s an Australia joke right there.

Meanwhile, I have seen zero Cactus League guys wearing Air Jordans with gila monsters on them. GET ON IT. And to be honest, I’d have liked to see a more various array of marsupials on Wilson’s cleats, but as long as we’re putting animals on our shoes, I’m happy.
