Even in a normal-sized basketball arena, you’ll occasionally see people watching the action with binoculars. But that’s usually just weird old guys gawking at the cheerleaders. You don’t really need binoculars to watch basketball. Unless, of course, the basketball is being played in a futuristic football mega-stadium. And...yup, some folks at AT&T Stadium are sitting far enough away that binocular rentals are a real thing at an indoor sporting event played on a 50 x 94 surface:
