The NBA and the Panini trading card company had the guys at the rookie photo shoot “challenge” each other in a Vine-documented dunk and trick shot competition. The results were fun but mostly unexciting, with the exception of this Mitch McGary gem and hands-down contest winner:
Tumbling Mitch McGary won the NBA rookie photo shoot
Lots of great dunks, none better than McGary rolling on the floor like a baby.

That jaw-dropping display of athleticism is the clear victor here, but there were some other decent moments.
Andrew Wiggins dropped the old J.R. Smith behind-the-back dunk with ease:
Aaron Gordon’s cartwheel was kinda cool in a very NBA Live 2005 sort of way:
Zach LaVine could do this in his sleep:
McGary actually did a cool thing, even if it was from a different sport:
The alley-oop chains got longer and longer:
Joel Embiid can’t dunk with his walking boot on, but he can drop long-distance hooks and celebrate better than anybody else:
And Jabari Parker has left the Milwaukee Bucks to join a roving band of corsairs:
He did this himself! @JabariParker has a 2nd career as an artist. For more, check out our "NBA" snapchat #NBARooks pic.twitter.com/QCwaa9eMdd
