Mario Balotelli, slam-dunking enthusiast

Mario Balotelli has neither the hops nor the creativity to win any dunk contests, but he can definitely throw down, as he demonstrated again recently (via Sportando):

I suppose it would be more interesting if a young, extremely athletic 6’2 person could *not* dunk, but it’s still fun to watch a guy dabble in a foreign sport. Speaking of dabbling in a foreign sport, I highly recommend scrolling through the Daily Mail’s breakdown of Balotelli’s hooping efforts, if only for captions such as these:

Slam dunk! And he jumps and slots the ball home with just one hand

Shoot! He also has a go at a longe-ranger

That is exactly how silly I sound talking about, say, soccer, so I appreciate it.
