The judge? Young Riley Curry, who proved ruthless and unswayed by family ties. Steph just threw a bunch of objects in a pot, and Riley gave him the cruel appraisal he deserved:

Real question: Is there a cooking show yet that has kids as judges? I’ve seen episodes of Top Chef where they do that, but not a whole show. I also think there should be a cooking show called Chomped with an alligator as a judge. The gator chomps your food, and then if she doesn’t like it, she chomps YOU.
Anyway, Riley Curry is very cute and a very good food critic.
