October 15 is the exact one-year anniversary of towheaded London mayor Boris Johnson kicking a child during a friendly game of soccer. Johnson celebrated the occasion by traveling to Japan, playing rugby with some children and trucking a 10-year-old:

Just like the soccer incident, this was less of an intentional takedown than it was an attempt at agility that ended up with a grown man falling onto a child.
Toki Sekiguchi was knocked to the ground and said he “felt a little pain”.
The mayor, a keen rugby fan, shook the boy’s hand and apologised.
Just make Young Athlete Smashing Day a bank holiday, Boris. We know what you’re after.
