Scott Brooks got fired, and I’m sorry for him and his family that that happened. I’m sure he’ll find another job. I’m also reminded of the last time I remember Scott Brooks getting canned as part of a fantastic Knicks April Fools’ joke:

To pretend they’d signed 52-year-old Walt Frazier for their playoff run, the Knicks needed to “cut” someone, and Brooks -- ever the journeyman -- played his part with aplomb. Like, if he wants to get out of the NBA, I think he should consider acting. This is beautiful:
