DeAngelo Williams is proud to wear pink hair for breast cancer awareness in ‘Madden 16’

DeAngelo Williams of the Steelers dyed his hair pink this past season with the Panthers as a tribute to his mother, Sandra, whom he lost to breast cancer in 2010:

Williams later wrote about how important the color pink was to him and his mother’s memory -- how he’d had direct experience with raising awareness and encouraging people to get checkups because they saw pink. So it’s a nice little tribute -- and one Williams appreciated -- for Madden 16 to include DeAngelo’s long pink hair as a game detail:
