Robert Griffin III cleaned out his locker and all he left was this motivational poster

This is kinda surreal to watch:

Robert Griffin III cleaned out his locker in Washington today -- maybe for the last time! -- and left this little motivational poster behind:

In that fairly bizarre video of RG3 packing up, you can see him putting his helmet in a box, methodically peeling messages like “FEED THE BEAST” off the locker, and taking action figures down one by one. You can also see him removing the tape from that poster before deciding to leave it up in a different spot.

If “IN THE FINAL ANALYSIS, IT’S BETWEEN YOU AND GOD. IT WAS NEVER BETWEEN YOU AND THEM ANYWAY.” is Griffin’s final message to the organization and the city, well ... there you go. That was pretty weird to watch.
