NBA All-Star weekend isn’t just about the players -- it’s also where the whole league gets together for various meetings and conferences, like this year’s Tech Summit in Toronto ... which featured HOLOGRAM JAMES NAISMITH STEPPING STRAIGHT OUT OF THE WALL AND INTO OUR WORLD:
The NBA just introduced 3D HOLOGRAM JAMES NAISMITH WHOAAAAAA

Dr. Naismith makes a special appearance via hologram at the @NBAAllStar Technology Summit in Toronto! #NBAAllStarTO https://t.co/EhO5u75QaP

HOW IS NOBODY IN THE CROWD SCREAMING? I’d have run on stage and tried to chest bump Dr. James. When a sporting pioneer who died in 1939 crosses my path, I don’t just sit there quietly. Sorry.
And when Adam Silver said this:
Future technology like virtual reality, Adam Silver says, will let fans high five a player, and "drive home with him after the game."

... I would have jumped out of my seat and squealed “WAIT DOES THIS MEAN I CAN GET PIGGYBACK RIDES FROM KRISTAPS NOW???”
There’s a reason I don’t get invited to All-Star Weekend, is what I’m saying. But anyway, can we get hologram James at all the events this weekend?
