Gil Griffin

Gil Griffin is a freelance writer living in Los Angeles with his wife, Arlene. Since falling for footy 16 years ago on his first trip to Australia, he has authored a semi-regular column for the AFL’s Fremantle Dockers’ website and written about the game for the league’s official publication, The AFL Record. He also can occasionally be heard as a guest commentator on the podcast, BigFooty Dockers. He is a full-time grade advisor and English and journalism teacher.
