Jordan Adams led all scorers with 19 points to lift the UCLA Bruins past the Indiana St. Sycamores, 86-59, on Friday night at the new Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles. Adams also had eight rebounds and was 2 of 4 from behind the three-point line.

The No. 13 Bruins ended the game on a 13-3 run

Adams replaced starter Larry Drew II, who suffered a dislocated finger on his shooting hand and left the game. Twin brothers Travis and David Wear shared the frontcourt as starters and were impressive in the Bruins' victory. Travis went 6 of 12 and had 17 points, six rebounds, one assist and one blocked shot while David added 13 points and 10 rebounds of his own.

UCLA got a balanced scoring effort as four players scored in double figures. They shot 47.4 percent from the field and held Indiana State to just 30.6 percent shooting. The Sycamores made just 5 of 27 three-point attempts.

The Bruins will next face UCI on Nov. 13 at home as they move to 1-0 on the season.
