The No. 1 Indiana Hoosiers struggled early, but used a big second half to defeat the Georgia Bulldogs 66-53 at the Progressive Legends Classic in Brooklyn.

Indiana trailed the majority of the first half and went into the break down 30-29. But in the second half, the Hoosiers' defense clamped down while Jordan Hulls and Victor Oladipo saved the day on offense. Both Hulls and Oladipo scored 11 points in the second half, and it was Hulls' two straight threes midway through the frame that helped blow the game open. Hulls finished the game with 14 points and Oladipo had a game-high 15. Christian Watford also had 14 points for the Hoosiers.

Star big man Cody Zeller was bottled up most of the night, scoring just six points and pulling down four rebounds in 27 minutes. Zeller also turned the ball over four times, but luckily for Indiana, they got the major contributions from their supporting cast.

Vincent Williams and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope each scored 14 points to lead Georgia, but Caldwell-Pope shot just 4-of-15 from the field. The Bulldogs shot 34 percent as a team. .

With the win, the top-ranked Hoosiers moved to 4-0 on the season. The Bulldogs fell to 1-3.
