Freshman Nik Stauskas led all scorers with 20 points as the No. 3 Michigan Wolverines (7-0) beat the Bradley Braves (5-2), 74-66, Saturday.

Bradley played No. 3 Michigan close, but the Wolverines held on for a 74-66 win Saturday.


Michigan's stars struggled some in the game. Tim Hardaway Jr. didn't make a shot in the first half and Trey Burke shot 5-for-13 for the game, but Stauskas scored 22 points and fellow freshman Glenn Robinson III scored 13 points. Senior Jordan Morgan scored 10 points with 10 rebounds to help the Wolverines end Bradley's two-game winning streak.
Bradley had five players in double figures. Walt Lemon Jr. scored 15 and Tyshon Pickett, Jordan Prosser, Jalen Crawford and Will Egolf had 10 points each. Bradley shot 52 percent for the game.
Michigan led by four points at halftime and expanded the lead to double figures in the second half. Bradley made a run in the final minutes to cut the lead to five with less than 30 seconds left, but Michigan put the game away at the free-throw line.
