No. 22 Notre Dame vs. Purdue final score: Sharp-shooting Irish win, 81-68
The Irish improved to 9-1 this season following their latest win over the Boilermakers.

Notre Dame was led by a trio of big-time scorers. Eric Atkins, Jack Cooley and Pat Connaughton all had upwards of 16 points, and big man Garrick Sherman added in 11 points off the bench. The Irish dished out 19 assists and turned the ball over just 11 times on Saturday.
The Boilermakers did not execute on the road, and 15 turnovers really hurt them on the offensive end. Raphael Davis, who started the game on the bench, led Purdue with a strong 21-point performance. D.J. Byrd had a well-rounded game with 13 points, five rebounds and three steals. Ronnie Johnson did not shoot the ball well, but still managed to chip in 15 points.
