The No. 14 Gonzaga Bulldogs improved to 11-1 on the season with their 74-52 victory against Campbell on Wednesday.

No. 14 Gonzaga improved to 11-1 on the season with an easy win against Campbell.


The Bulldogs didn’t waste any time pulling ahead and quickly built a double-digit lead in the first half. Gonzaga made several runs during the first half, and eventually took a 49-24 advantage into halftime. That proved to be more than enough, as Gonzaga was never challenged in the second half. With a comfortable lead, Mark Few went to his bench early and often as nine different players scored for the Bulldogs.
Freshman Przemek Karnowski led the way for the Bulldogs, with 14 points, while Kelly Olynyk scored 10 of his 12 points at the free throw line. Gary Bell Jr. and Elias Harris each finished with 11 points. While the Zags made 49 percent of their field goal attempts, they struggled from three-point range. The Bulldogs made just three of their 11 three-point attempts, while allowing Campbell to make 7-of-14.
Trey Freeman led the Fighting Camels with a game-high 17 points.
