No. 13 Gonzaga vs. No. 22 Oklahoma State final score: Zags hang on for 69-68 win

Gonzaga went on the road and knocked off No. 22 Oklahoma State on Monday, 69-68.

USA TODAY Sports

The No. 10 Gonzaga Bulldogs made their shots down the stretch and were able to hang on for a 69-68 win against No. 22 Oklahoma State.

The teams went back and forth all game, with each trading the lead in the final few minutes. Gary Bell Jr. hit a three-pointer with 30.7 seconds to play, giving Gonzaga a 67-65 lead. OSU had a chance to tie or win the game on its next possession. Marcus Smart drew a foul, but missed both free throws. A Gonzaga rebound and two Kevin Pangos free throws put the game away. Phil Forte hit a three-pointer at the buzzer, but it wasn't enough.

Pangos led the Bulldogs with 23 points on 7-of-12 shooting. Kelly Olynyk was huge for Gonzaga down the stretch. After not taking a shot in the first half, Olynyk scored 21 points in the second. Olynyk also finished with nine rebounds before fouling out.

Smart was unable to tie the game at the free throw line, but he did lead Oklahoma State with 23 points. Markel Brown scored 16 points for OSU, while Forte finished with 15.
