No. 11 Cincinnati vs. UMES final score: Bearcats blow out Hawks

Undefeated Cincinnati had little trouble with visiting Maryland-Eastern Shore on Saturday afternoon, as the Bearcats blew out the Hawks 92-60 behind 23 points from Sean Kilpatrick.

The No. 11 Cincinnati Bearcats (9-0) made quick work of the visiting Maryland-Eastern Shore Hawks, scoring 52 points in the first half on their way to a 92-60 win on Saturday afternoon at Fifth Third Arena.

Sean Kilpatrick led the way for Cincinnati, scoring 23 points and grabbing four rebounds. Cashmere Wright added 20 points, nine assists and four rebounds, with Shaquille Thomas chipping in 11 points and seven boards off the Bearcats bench.

Northern Illinois transfer Kyree Jones scored 25 points for the Hawks, who shot under 30 percent from the floor as a team. Troy Snyder was the only teammate to reach double digits in scoring, tallying 13 points to go along with seven rebounds. Maryland-Eastern Shore racked up 13 turnovers to just 11 assists in the contest.

Undefeated Cincinnati will host the Marshall Thundering Herd on Saturday, Dec. 15, while winless Maryland Eastern Shore's next contest will come at Connecticut, on Monday, Dec. 17.
